Each treatment session is based on your individual needs and may include a mix of:

 Manual Therapy
By using hands-on techniques like joints mobilisation and manipulations, massage therapy and muscle stretching techniques, I can address the root causes of musculoskeletal discomfort and restore function. By addressing this, it will be a lot easier for you to start exercising, get back to your exercise regime, or even just be able to carry out your day-to-day activities. 
Western Medical Acupuncture
Using Acupuncture, I target specific points on the body to help reduce pain, inflammation and improve healing. This method is particularly effective for chronic pain and sports injuries. 
 Kinesiotaping
Kinesiotape is used to support muscles and joints, aiding in recovery and providing stability without limiting your range of motion. It’s especially beneficial for treating sports injuries and pain.
 Personalised Exercise Plans
After a thorough assessment, I will create a tailored exercise plan that’s specific to your recovery goals. The exercises are designed to enhance mobility, strengthen muscles, and prevent future injuries. I will follow your progress and review your exercise plan accordingly.
Postural Advice
Correct posture is essential for preventing pain and promoting long-term health. I offer advice and exercises to improve posture, both at work and during daily activities.
